After the fun riding bikes on Governor's Island, Jon suggested bike riding one mild July Saturday after a heavy brunch at Good Enough to Eat and we found that the bike shop near us rents bike at a really good rate. So in two hours we biked nine miles down Riverside park to the Hudson River Greenway, then once got down to the Intrepid we biked back up through midtown to Central Park up around the Reservoir and back down Columbus Avenue. This time Jon had Jacob on his bike as they didn't have a women's bike with a kids seat on it. Crazy to think that the next time we go we either both need kid seats, or we have to get one of those bike trailers.
Replenishing our energy for the ride home with a nap a Gatorade or a Magnum bar (They really are that good).
