One of the best things about coming home from our trips was that Cassi and Nic had made a last minute trip to New York and though Nic headed home the day after we got back, Cassi stayed with us until the end of the week. I love good friends! We hadn't seen each other in two years or so and we made almost all our plans over Facebook and text messages, but when we get together, we've luckily grown in the same direction.
Even though it was Cassi's birthweek, I was the one who was spoiled with her help and good company. We did celebrate with meals at Good Enough to Eat, Shake Shack, and Serendipity (Jen you need to come back out here so I can take you there), and student price tickets to Promises, Promises. We also visited the dinosaurs again and went to the exhibit about the Race to the South Pole where we spent 40 minutes talking to an expert while Jacob took a nap. Come again soon, you guys.

That looks like a FUN visit. Makes me wish I could come visit you too. Tell you what though, you figure out a way to cut out all the middle states and I'll plan a trip. :)
